GAINESVEGAS: UNIVERSITY AVE.

ˇ

ˇ

ˇ

From SE 74th Street to NW 143rd, welcome to Gainesvegas: the city that always sleeps. Retirees, students, and families all coexist here, and most of said life can be seen on a single avenue–poverty to wealth, barren land to gated community. By bussing, driving and walking, I explored my hometown and the psychogeography of west vs. east, with street signs equating the affluence of a neighborhood. Order is important, should you wish to view the series as I did. ˇ
